First off, the key to giving your pieces the longest life, is to always store them in airtight containers. This helps immensely in preventing and slowing any tarnishing.  All Jewel Ya designs come with acrylic airtight containers. But, I do also love some of the larger storage options at the Container Store to organize dozens of designs in 1 container. Shop my favorite storage designs here.
Now, let's get to it!
What you will need: JSP Sterling Silver jewelry cleaner, a tupperware container, cloth, and soap.
1. Gather your sterling silver designs.
2. You will need a sterling silver cleaner. My favorite is the dip style by JSP when a design is very dirty and does not have any gemstones attached to it. Shop Here.
3. Take your designs and drop them in the cleaner.  Let them sit for 10 seconds.  You will easily see the color changing on the pieces.
4. Pull your designs out of the cleaner and place them in your Tupperware container (to avoid getting any cleaner on your counter).
5. Next take your pieces and rinse them thoroughly with soap and warm water.   This is a key step.  You wont want to leave any residue on the jewelry.
6. Lay them out for 30 minutes - 1 hour to completely dry on a cloth or paper towel.
7. Place back in your airtight container so your designs stay bright and shiny when you are ready to wear them next!
