Choose a Sterling Silver or Goldfill heart in the options above along with your choice of chain bracelet. Heart is approximately of an 1/2 of an inch tall by 9/16 of an inch across. Chain bracelets are one size, as they are adjustable. Standard size is about 8 inches, but feel free to contact us if you would like a custom size.
