Meet Mary Burch, the creative force behind Cave & Post boutique!
Mary and her husband Patrick are the proud owners of Cave & Post which will soon celebrate 3 years. If you’ve been into the shop, you notice right away that their concept is unique. They focus on spotlighting American-made products and showcasing the incredible artisans and manufacturers behind them. Initially the store offered male clothing, boots, shoes and accessories. Many of the items were brands not offered in other local boutiques. Mary’s extensive career in fashion & retail helped her bring in beautiful lines and share the captivating stories behind them.
At Cave & Post, it's not just about selling products – it's about building a community. When you shop with them you immediately want to be part of what they are doing. They are always sharing the latest in local & national music, concerts, events and ways to come out and enjoy Phoenix. Mary takes pride in the connections she's made, from talented artisans to loyal customers and friends seeking to express their unique style.
What sets Mary apart? Her inspiration comes from her biggest supporters – her five kids! Ranging in ages from 17 -26 they all like to lend a hand when they are home from school and work. And if you’ve been in the Valley for a few years you know that part of their creativity and ability to build such a unique boutique concept is that Mary and Patrick are the daughter-in-law and son of Beverly Burch, owner of The Willows Home & Garden in Scottsdale-another unique not to miss shopping experience locally. It's truly a family affair!
Recently Cave & Post began offering a curated women's section featuring apparel and accessories. If you haven’t shopped with them visit their new location on McDowell just east of 7th Avenue. Recently Bruce Springsteen was in town for a concert and stopped in to shop too. You never know who you’ll run into when you’re there.
