It’s Sunday, and this week I’m highlighting someone who has made it her mission to support women in business — both behind the camera and now, through print.
Tammy Zelez is a brand photographer who works with female entrepreneurs to create images that reflect who they are and where they’re headed. Her goal is simple and powerful: to help women show up confidently and professionally in their work.
As a longtime photographer, Tammy has worked with many outstanding and diverse women-owned businesses. Over time, their stories started to stick with her. Their determination, creativity, and willingness to take risks — it all made an impact. As an entrepreneur herself, she saw a need and came up with a creative way to amplify their voices. That idea became The Muse Magazine (@magazine_themuse | themusemagazine.com) — a publication dedicated to highlighting female entrepreneurs and their journeys, in their own words.
As Tammy shares “This magazine has given me the opportunity to connect with incredible female trailblazers — and it’s just the beginning.”
Tammy is the first to say she hasn’t done this alone. Her husband and three daughters are her greatest support, along with her parents and brother – she has strong family support. She also credits the women who gave her honest advice and encouragement when she needed it most.
Outside of work, she’s a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan and proud member of the Bills Mafia. If it’s game day, her insta stories will be full of team spirit.
