Jewelry Storage
Store Sterling Silver and 14k Gold Filled jewelry in airtight containers or baggies. Air oxidizes jewelry so proper storage extends the life and look of your designs. Finally store beaded designs gently rounded and never kinked.
When cleaning jewelry polish sterling silver with proper sterling cleaner and/or polishing cloths. 14k Gold Filled should be cleaned first by warm water and Dawn soap. If needed designs can then be cleaned with liquid jewelry cleaner. Many gemstones can become damaged in the cleaning process so carefully read instructions before using in any jewelry cleaning dips. If you have a question on how to best clean your pieces please contact us.
Product Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 6 months and will always repair. For a repair quote please contact our studio at info@jewelya.com. Minor fees will be charged after 6 months.

Processing Time
Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted. For most designs please allow 2-3 business days for us to create your order before they ship. We will notify you if your order will take longer.

All orders ship to the domestic United States only via USPS.
• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $6.95 for orders under $125 before tax.
• Free Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Orders $125 and above.
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.00
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $40.00

Returns & Exchanges
At Jewel Ya, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each design is handcrafted with care, and we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make the return or exchange process easy and efficient.
How it Works
- Returns: Full-price items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
- Exchanges: After 14 days, items in unworn condition and in original packaging are eligible for store credit.
- Exclusions: Personalized, one-of-a-kind, and SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We’re happy to send a prepaid label to make it simple and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or credit

Once your return arrives at the studio, it’s processed promptly, typically within 3 business days. We’ll confirm by email as soon as your refund or credit is issued.
